I combined the Week 3 journaling prompt with the Week 5 layering prompt for this page. I also improvised with my own supplies.
I used gesso put on with a credit card for the base on watercolour paper. I then used Adirondack paints as it was the colour I was choosing there are three colours teal, red and hazelnut again put on using the credit card. I also used some bottle lids with white paint as well.
I used a Glitz background stamp with the SU Basic Gray ink (love it) and then finally a Dylusions ink spray which I know is water soluble but it was all I have so it went on last with a star template and a circle template.
The images and words are all from this weeks Grazia my favourite magazine and I just love the artwork for Naughty Alice perfume by Janine Stromberg. The quotes I chose from the magazine reminded me of one of my favourite songs just now "Miles" by Christina Perri so that was my journaling done. The only bit I struggled with is the journaling on top of my Neocolor II pastels. I'm still on the hunt for that perfect journaling pen. TFL.x
